https://www.artofthetitle.com To initiate our title research, we began with Art of the Title. When first going on the site, we learned that the sight mostly consisted of opening of popular films. There were tabs where one could look for specific Titles, designer, or studio. To further extend our research our research, we looked at two different openings of film. We learned that tho design style of a film always depends of the films plot and genre. Though, the website didn't state this directly. After watching multiple opening of films, we noticed that the title always correlated with the opening. We now have a better understanding how we're going to design our film title. Our group have already agreed on what our films genre is, and the plot structure. With that much done, we are more than ready to begin creating our film title.
Hello, Im Tiana Graham and I'm a junior attending Fort Lauderdale High School. I have been attending this school since my freshman year. AICE Media studies is one of the last classes I need to achieve my AICE diploma. I have a sincere interest in the art of media and love learning something new every class period. My teachers helped inspire me even more the further into the school year we got. I was a little on edge about it because its hard to find anyone with the same work ethic as me. I believe in getting things done early, but almost everyone I have met in media studies that I've thought about working with has instead waited until last minut...
1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My commercial challenged conventions by exaggerating them throughout the video. Things such as theme, characters, plotlines, and mood are all used to help make a fun and family friendly atmosphere commercial. For example, including clips of my dog at the different points of the day gave the commercial a more home vlog vibe, which is what a lot of families like to do. My video helps to talk mostly animal lovers and families. It also addresses issues about finding the perfect dog collar, one that won't irritate her or other animals. 2. How does your product engage with audiences AND how would it be distributed as a real media text? My product engages with the audience by talking directly to them throughout the entire video. This is shown by me putting words on the screen each time a new clip started. And using words such as “your” so the person knows I'm talking directl...
