Starting the final task

 Hello, Im Tiana Graham and I'm a junior attending Fort Lauderdale High School. I have been attending this school since my freshman year. AICE Media studies is one of the last classes I need to achieve my AICE diploma. I have a sincere interest in the art of media and love learning something new every class period. My teachers helped inspire me even more the further into the school year we got. Hopefully by the end of the course I can say successfully learned enough about it to consider making it a career choice. For my final task I decided to do with Keren, Maya and Eric. I came to this decision because we all have similar work ethics. We also had similar ideas and to make the production process easier we decided to team up. I was a little on edge about it because its hard to find anyone with the same work ethic as me. I believe in getting things done early, but almost everyone I have met in media studies that I've thought about working with has instead waited until last minute to get stuff done, and that gives me anxiety. Another reason is probably because I have a few ideas about my final task and I don't want to change things to suit someone else and their ideas. Especially since they could end up making me do something entirely different then what I want. With me wanting to make everyone else happy I easily overlook myself and I end up being the one sad. But my teammates understand that, and even added better ideas to my pitch. They helped me realize that it doesn't hurt to work with other people and can rather make my life easier. Our final film will be something we are passionate about and want to do rather than what everyone else around us might prefer. Our ideas have been thought out perfectly and the filming will hopefully be easier then filming with my other groups. Precautions due to covid will certainly be taken throughout the filming process.My group is so open minded and understanding that our ideas mesh into one. Hopefully our film stands out by its creativity and style.
